Depends who you ask, but I load about 15-20g a day for 2-3 weeks then 5g after that. Authors on this site vary hugely, I’ve seen CT give something like a 20-30 loading for 30 days (in hollywood muscle) and another author suggest 3g a day.
Some say loading doesn’t work, but if you’re conifdent that creatine isn’t harmfull you don’t have to worry about the loading phase even if it doesn’t help

Same here… I’ve seen success while loading 5g 3-5 times a day for a couple weeks, then dropping to 5g PWO.
It’s not that loading doesn’t work, it’s just that you don’t need to. Just take it regularly, but if you want to load, the way breakzilla described will work well. The best time to take is is in your PWO drink, since you are taking carbs at that time and your insulin is spiking.
Every once in a while someone comes on here and says they have been getting angry after taking creatine. It’s one of the most ridiculous things I have seen but it’s good for a laugh. Take creatine if you want, it will probably help. It’s nothing amazing and it won’t give you insane gains, but you should notice a little difference. I don’t even tell people I take it anymore because they look at me like I am on roids and my life is in danger. I think the Biotest one is a great buy.
