Bloating is a pretty commonly know side effect, but just so you know I have started using creatine about a month ago and have had no bloating, gas (well no more than usual) or really water gain.

I have however increased all my lifts 10 -15 lbs and have had a dramatic muscle size increase.
same here my arms are bigger than before( now i can see them)and i see it move ( so sexy )lol

If your lifts have increased and you can see your sexy muscles, chances are you’ve had some water gain.

Does anyone know how much CEE to use, in terms of teaspoons and/or mL? Or the density?
I am a retired 58 y/o, 195 lbs with 10.4% BF, and train 90 minutes after Meal 1.

On training days, along with a transport carbo supplement, I will consume one-half teaspoon of CEE (a) immediately upon rising or thirty minutes before Meal 1; (b) again immediately after training with my Post w/o shake; (c) again thirty minutes before Meal 4; and (d) again thirty minutes before Meal 6.

On non-training days I consume one-half teaspoon of CEE, along with a transport carbo supplement, thirty minutes before Meal 1, Meal 3, and Meal 6.

Have been using CEE in this manner for approximately two years, and have experienced absolutely no bloating or other sides. Very pleased with the results.

If becoming educated on the physio effects of the products you are ingesting is bringing you down–sorry. Me personally, I like to know what I’m taking and how it works.

He hates you…

JK

in all seriousness id agree with him.

Well yes I have some water gain, what I was really meaning was that I have not had any water gain that would be considered noticibe in a negative way.

I just remember back in High School when creatine was first becoming popular, users having kind of a ballon look to them.

I thankfully have not had any of this balloning effect.

The ballon is more associated with gear usage. Creatine improves Intra cellular water volume - there is a glut of research coming out at present aimed at prooving just how advantageous this is. Water weight is not all necessarily bad, just the extra cellular stuff associated with gear.

Dan, If someone would want have to loose 10-15lbs in 4-5weeks would you say lay off the creatine?
If it’s to meet a weight class requirement, I’d say yes. If you’re just trying to get leaner for the sake of looking better, I agree with sasquatch.

-Dan

Yeah, to make a weight class.Thanks.

hey guys…im looking into purchasing Vitargo-CGL, if i do what kind of creatine should i be taking with it?

because its just a loader, so you need to be taking creatine PLUS Vitargo correct? Right now, im taking kre-alkalyn. Any feedback would be great.
