Creatine And Gatorade

Is (pure-no sugar added)creatine absorbed by the body if taken with Gatorade?
Is the glucose in Gatorade the same as the sugar in soft drinks?

Heh, you may want to do a bit of a Google search on glucose. Better yet, here is a clip from Wikipedia…

All major dietary carbohydrates contain glucose, either as their only building block, as in starch and glycogen, or together with another monosaccharide, as in sucrose and lactose.

…some glucose goes directly to fuel brain cells and erythrocytes, while the rest makes its way to the liver and muscles, where it is stored as glycogen, and to fat cells, where it is stored as fat. Glycogen is the body’s auxiliary energy source, tapped and converted back into glucose when there is needs for energy.

Yes. Taking your creatine Monohydrate with Gatorade is an excellent, cost effective way to get better absorbtion.

Aside from the absence of ALA there is hardly a difference between that method and Cell Tech.

I’ve long since given up on Monohydrate though. I’ve been using Kre-alkalyn for a while now and love the no bloating, no loading benefits of it.

Check it out. I feel it’s the most advanced product out there that isn’t the same damn thing packaged in a different bottle.

Thanks for the answers, I’ve not heard of the new type of creatine, but I’ll try it (with Gatorade).
