i was thinking that instead of taking creatine with water taking it with gatorade would be better because it inculdes many insulinogenic ingredients that your suppose to take with creatine anyway i was just wondering what you guys thought of the idea

Revolutionary!
What you really should do is mix creatine in with your post workout shake which should include a good amount of complex carbs…not high fructose corn syrup like gatorade or another sports drink.

Haha, you can do that or mix it with Surge. I like the Surge option.
D
You’d be better off buying Surge.
Most of the gaorade is full of HFCS.

Powder gatorade does not have HFCS… only the liquid pre-made gatorade does.

That’s what I do when I run out of Surge.

He was stereotyping gatorade for containing HFCS… Not all gatorade has this agent.
is there a difference in HFCS and just fructose? Because I don’t think there’ HFCS in gatorade – at least lemon lime.
i think ill go with using it with Surge
I personally mix it with gatorade unless it’s with my PRE-workout drink.

Cool, can you expand on that?
Okay, well. I would mix it with fruit juice but I don’t usually buy anything besides orange juice. With plain water it tastes weird and I’ve read that the insulin spike helps your body absorb the creatine faster.
I take a pre-workout protein shake with glutamine and creatine (about 4g of each). I usually eat a meal an hour after working out so there is really no need to take a post workout drink for me.
Bare in mind, I’m no expert.
