Crawfojo's Training Log

Starting a training log. I will be doing 5/3/1 boring but big for my Squat and deadlift. I will also be doing 5/3/1 for my press and bench, but the accessory work will be more about lat work and rehab for my shoulder as it has been pretty junky recently.

Weighing in at a very skinny 185 right now after taking some time off, losing 45 pounds and some strength

Goal is to get back up to 205 at least.
