cravings

ok i just completed the first 4 weeks of a cutting phase. while the results are great, the cravings are horrible! a couple of my buddies came over to watch a game, and had a pizza, then later some doritos. i had to settle for my shake and chicken/rice. i was going crazy! what do you guys do to keep sane while on a pre contest diet? im getting sick of tabasco, and i can only mast…um, you know so many times a day.

Easy, I think “nobody is making you do this.” and “you don’t HAVE to do this…” And then I realize I WANT to compete - and I’m okay.

Plus, I also think that my practically in my underwear, greased up like a pig, on stage, under such bright lights that they expose EVERYTHING. Every fat cell, etc. There's NO WAY I'm gonna screw up. Especially for pizza - which you can have ANY day of your life. Cuz, it's everywhere and it ain't EVER gonna dissapear. You can eat the pizza when your celebrating your victory.
