Crashed E or High E?

After I crashed mine, I took this advice and started drinking a couple very hoppy IPAs a night and it seemed to help.

For even faster recovery, enjoy them with Hallmark channel binges

I started obsessing over my sleep. Meditating and breathing made it way worse for me. Not sure why, but it was just not relaxing. It felt forced and my anxiety was just too high.

I found the best thing for sleep for me (besides 400-600mg Magnesium Glycinate coupled with 2.5mg Melatonin) has been been rain sounds. I downloaded 'White Noise" app on my phone and play it through my little Bose speaker.

I saw you mention this elsewhere and tried it, it’s working great for me. I dropped the tryptophan and seem to sleep just as well.

Yup, I have been using magnesium Glycinate as well, and it has definitely improved my sleep. Melatonin didn’t do much for me except leave me groggy in the morning.

I only use Tryptophan on occasions where I need a little extra help but these days that’s very rare.

For the record. My sleep issues were pre-TRT.

TRT fixed that shit right up.

New question for you. My shbg is at 7 but my test is at 1500. I know I’m out of range of having good shbg, what does that mean??

Lower SHBG usually means you’ll have a higher free T level than someone with a higher SHBG at the same total T level.

Could it be bad?

It’s something you can’t really do anything about so it’s not good or bad it just is what it is and you work with what you have.

There is a relationship between SHBG and thyroid hormones. I don’t know if you have had your thyroid checked, but low thyroid hormones can cause low SHBG.

So symptoms went down a little bit on Sunday and Monday but crashed again on Tuesday. Is that normal? I slept well Monday night, went to bed last night and woke up in panic again this morning. Racing heart all day again with major back pain. No AI since last Tuesday.

Yeah it’s going to take time.

Do you have an Instagram or anything I can personally message you on and kind of just get your opinions on things? My doctors suck and all I want is somebody to kind of walk me through things

So it’s Official. I definitely crashed my E2 confirmed with a specialist. Now my question for everyone who has experienced it, did you get heart palpitations, anxiety, and obsessive thoughts? And most of all, did they ever go fully away and how long did it take? I never had these problems before so now I’m wondering if they will subside?

Yes. Yes it went away. About 2 weeks.

Drink some IPAs and dont touch an AI ever again.

So, I’ve been doing oral steroids for about 4 years straight now, I would do dbol only cycles, Anavar only cycles, Sarm cycles and all of that. When ever I’d be coming down or start to feel a little sluggish, I’d take another cycle. Longest I’d come off for would be about 3 months but I would also run them for like three months. Now I’m doing TRT and am realizing, this shit isn’t gonna work because of how bad my shbg is because of orals. My shbg is 4… anybody found ways to improve it? I can’t find a thing and I’m freaking out.
