Crashed E or High E?

About the only thing I’ve seen consistently increase SHBG is clomid and thyroid medicine. It might take a some time before your SHBG starts climbing again without any intervention.

Will it climb though? Like does it bounce back eventually??

Why did I always feel fine on cycles but now everything is out of wack? I crashed my e2 and now have no idea how I’m going to level out.

You’re going into it thinking TRT is going to fail because the people that don’t have their own shit together told you you’re fucked based solely on SHBG which is one of fifty things. It’s so stupid. There’s a guy here with SHBG as low as yours doing around 200mg once a week and is fine. He’s also one of the most intelligent people here. I have a friend who’s SHBG is 7 and he’s on 200mg once a week and is fine.

TRT is trial and error. Try different doses and if needed injection frequency and most importantly give yourself 8 weeks between each change.

You obviously have some mental issues going on that you need to work on (no hate but it’s obvious from your other posts). I can’t imagine TRT is the only thing being effected by them.

Alright, I’m recovering from crashing my e2 two months in a row on a cruise. I feel waaay better than I did 3 weeks ago but now I just feel like I’m in constant fight or flight mode. I also can’t sleep for my life and my muscles keep trembling. I just don’t get tired. I think my cortisol levels went through the roof when I was having constant heart palpitations And anxiety for two months while crashing my E2. Has anyone else had this problem? What helps? I want to sleep again. Melatonin doesn’t work. Just makes my eyes tired and mind stays wide awake.

Acouple of beers and some magnesium glycinate begore bed.

So the physical symptoms of crashed e2 are gone but the mental sides are still there. What is your guys experience on that? How long before they went away. It’s been three weeks since I crashed. The mental has definitely gotten better but how long till I’m back to the joyful confident me? Haha

Is your E2 still crashed? You should feel better right away. I crashed mine once (confirmed by bloods), popped 20mg of dbol and was back to feeling 100% in a day.

Advil PM , take two see how u sleep , take 3 max . Have a bowl of cereal before bed .

What were your previously cycles ?

Gear ?
Amount ?
Injection frequency ?

I know I’ve posted about this a couple times but here it is again. I never had anxiety. I took steroids on and off for 4 years this time around I took my pct and confused my adex for tomoxifin. I crashed my estrogen for two months without knowing that’s what it was and had horrible sides. It’s been 4 weeks since. I took 25 mgs of dbol for a week and have been using 200mgs of test.

All physical side effects are gone but mental sides still randomly hit me and I get anxious And a little shaky (not nearly what it was 4 weeks ago or even a week ago!) but think that it’s never going to get better. I feel like if I don’t feel good or if someone upsets me or if I feel anything other than good, it’s because my hormones are off and it sends me into a spiral.

I do feel so much better than I did 4 weeks ago but I was wondering how long the mental sides messed with people. Could it be like ptsd from hurting my body like that for a full 2 months? How long did you guys deal with mental? And how long until I am confident again? Please help. Thank you!

It takes people in the T-replacement section 6-8 weeks to completely adjust to a 20mg dosage difference on TRT. Wouldn’t be crazy to think it’s the same with your situation with the estrogen. Also keep in mind if you are changing up your testosterone levels frequently that in itself could be causing it. Someone on 400mg of T could go to 600mg and not feel any difference but on TRT dosages (100-200mg) an increase or decrease can make you feel worse for a period of time before you feel better.

You’re a good man. Thank you for always being positive and not just thinking I’m crazy. My heart palpitations And anxiety are back and it feels like low e2 but I haven’t taken an AI at all. But I’m also not experiencing high estrogen symptoms either. Just heart palpitations anxiety , a little bit of night sweats, and I can’t sleep longer than 4-5 hours.

For what’s it’s worth, my experience with high e2 (over 80-90pg) I get anxiety, high BP, weird thoughts, can’t sleep, kinda sounds like what you’re describing.

Low e2 is more of a no energy, depressed, tired, lethargic, can’t get out of bed feeling.

It’s probably just your body adjusting to the new T dosage. I’ve experienced similar issues when I started TRT. Unfortunately the only answer is time & patience. Many people mistake that adjustment period for estrogen related symptoms.

Well there is no emotional sides, no feeling sad or anything like that. Still just kind of anxious, overthinking everything, and heart palpitations.

Yeah the emotional side is transient on the way to anxiety, etc. it’s there for a bit then gone.

But anyway that’s my experience. YMMV

I thought high estrogen doesn’t cause anxiety unless you have low T with it? Estrogen is suppose to be what causes serotonin to flow throughout your body? Why would high e2 cause anxiety?

Testosterone helps the transport of serotonin and estrogen upregulates dopamine transport and receptors. Excess DA lowers serotonin, is associated sith headaches and migraines, anxiety, etc. that’s as I understand it.

Everything IVe read is that estrogen is what transports serotonin through the body, not testosterone. That’s why males still need it and shouldn’t take AIs.
