Crappy Weight Loss Challenge at Work

Sounds like a good idea.

quick update everyone:

There are now 2 grand prizes of $1000 to each 1st place winner in the “Weight Loss” and “get fit” category.

However, the “Get Fit” test will require initial weigh ins. The “special Scale” will measuring weight and body composition (lean vs. fat %) so that people are putting forth their “Maximum effort” in the fit test competition. So much for sand bagging that shit…

I want to win 1st place. To keep this interesting. i’m gonna taking a few initial pics this weekend and post them on “RMP” so you guys can all rate my chances of winning/ bash me.

Right now my stats are:

23 yrs old
5’8"
150lbs

i used that crappy hand held electronic device body fat % test last week for kicks (it was at my gym) and i tested at 8.6% BF. i doubt i’m that low but we’ll see.

Details to come, but keep this thread ALIVVVVVE for now.

Four words for you my friend.

Sodium Bloat/ Carb load

Read Jason Peggs article on bloating at the Chinese Buffet at EFS, read strategies for piling on as much non fat weight as possible (read water weight, and weight of food inside you). It should be fairly easy to blow up by 15-20lbs just on water and food alone. Maybe stick a 5lb plate in your jockeys, smash down a load of pizza/burgers/steaks just before the weigh in.

Then without any actual effort, water and carb deplete before the final weigh in. You could be looking at a 30-40lb swing in weight, without actually changing your body comp!

Then you take the Wii and sell it on ebay or something.

Easy-fuckin-peasy.[/quote]

That’s exactly what I was thinking. You’re probably already pretty lean, so getting a huge spread between both weigh-ins will be easy.

holy shit yeah.

just creatine + sodium +water retention + full stomach and full shit on deck.

then dehydrate on the sauna, take a piss, take a shit,

20+ lb difference
