covered it all?

I’m planning a full body workout and i need to make sure i’ve covered every body part so here goes…

Bench
Shoulder Press

Rows
Chin Ups

Deadlifts
Squats

If I’m missing anything or you would recommend some other excercise don’t be a stranger and help me out please, Thanks.

youve more than covered all of them. all you need is squats, bench press, and pullups.

I personally would find Squats and Bent legged deadlifts a bit much in the same workout, if thats what you mean by deadlifts. I would subsitute Stiff legged deadlifts for the BL deadlifts. This will work the hamstrings more than the first combo.

Another option would be to do front squats insteady of Back squats along with either type of deadlift.

Either of these options will balance out the strength and development of your legs

Why not do a 2-Day workout? You could do squats on day-1 and DL’s on day-2.

Mix it up a bit.

YEah, I would split it up a bit. Maybe have an “upper” body day and “lower” body day and hit both twice in a week.

Upper:
Bench Press
Dips
Chin-ups
BB Rows
Deadlifts
Close Grip Bench

Lower:
Back Squats
Front Squats
1 1/4 Squats
SLDL’s
Good Mornings
Seated Calf Raises
Standing Calf Raises

Use this list and alternate exercises every 2-3 weeks as BillyBoy already alluded to? Just a thought

This last workout you posted is similar to Waterbury?s Big Boy Basics. Have you read it? The article is from two weeks ago.
