Counting Carbs In Vinegar?

How do you guys count the carbs in vinegar? Is it like high glycemic load or can I have it for example on a salad with a high fat low carb meal.

It depends on the vinegar.

Cider vinegar or white vinegar = insignificant carbs
Balsamic vinegar = it depends on the age of the vinegar. The older the vinegar, the higher the carbs. But generally 2.0 gm per Tbsp

Does balsamic also lower GI, or is that just the others?
