Countdown to Waterbury

Assuming October 1 is still a go, I’m pretty stoked about the Waterbury literary debut. Somethin’ tells me it’s about to become my favorite and I’ve got a spot reserved for it right next to Science and Practice of Strength Training and Beyond Bodybuilding. That open slot is taunting me…

Here’s to many happy return$ on this labor of love from Dubya…

Yes looking forward to it as well. Been awaiting this for some time should make for some nice fire side chats LOL.

Waterbury’s got a book?!

What’s the book supposed to be about? Is it a compilation of his previous material, or will there be all-new material and programs? Does anyone know?

happy birthday to me!

Can’t wait to get this.

On a side note, did Hammer Down Mobility ever come out? I didn’t see it on a search.

Does anyone know if it’s paperback or an E-book or a leather bound tome?

Leather bound would be sweet…

anyone know the site it will be sold on?

Still waiting…

From what I’ve read on his locker and heard from the radio interview, its a 300 page book (i presume hardcover) with full color illustrations of exercises, all of his past routines, in=depth explanation of his ideas such as high frequency and fast tempos, and a new routine never before seen. He’s said it will be an all-encompassing type of book. I cant wait!
