I know how you’re feeling right now, but whatever mindset you’re in, I urge you to keep your diet controlled! Don’t quit training for a week, make it light if you want to, but the combination of inactivity with gorging and splurging is just so awfully detrimental.
After a week, I was itching to get back in the gym. It was obvious I was fully recuperated because my strength/energy was through the roof!
I gained so much fat so quickly right out of my contest shape, and I was very upset with myself since it was the leanest I’d ever been and I threw it all away.
Hope you got some great pictures out of it! I particular like your arm separations, like how your tricep comes away from the rest of your arm (in the pre-contest tan shots).

Hey everyone one, I’m Corey Stu’s friend and training partner.
Let me just elaborate on how amazing this win really was.
During the prejudging Stu had #46 which means because the competitors were placed in numeric order he was all the way on the end. The entire time he was not moved from this spot.
After the prejudging in the back, he expressed his concern to me about not having any callouts.
I told him that it’s probably because he was 1st and they were just looking for 2nd and 3rd.
Stu looked great, We did everything right and I’m extremely proud of him. One of the guys who was in charge of the show told Stu he blew him away and was one of the best nattys he’s ever seen (something Stu needed to hear).
All in all we had a great time and are very pleased with the placings, heck more than pleased!!
Next time we sweep the show!!
I took LOTS of photos on Stu’s camera and i’m sure he will begin uploading once he stuffs his face (HE DESERVES IT!)
