Updates?
I actually have been eating chicken breasts, I just happened to use a lot of eats on that day. Again, I’ve realized how filling they can be, either hard boiled, or when I use broccoli as a filler and make an omlette. As far as different veggies, I was using a lot of asparagus for a while, but Broccoli is just easier to eat (raw), and you don’t get those occasional stalks where you just can’t chew 'em up.
Soooo cardio is now a 2x a day thing, and tomorrow, I drop my cals rock bottom, 2000 on my ‘High’ day. I will still keep 2 (3 on high days) bowls of oatmeal, so the carbs will still be rotated, but I Corey and I figure we’re just about out of time, and as we’ve both said many times, “natural bodybuilding shows are basically dieting contests”, so I didn’t come all this way to not really go the extra mile. I WILL be keeping my 5 cal sugar free jello snack packs, which will be the only thing keeping me sane. I’ve already had several people comment that I look irritated the last few days, and I do seem to get a little fuzzy-headed. I certainly won’t be the one driving the car to the show next weekend -lol.

Don’t freak out, you’ve come a long way, you’re doing awesome on your prep. Irritability is a normal thing when carbs are really low; the first time I dropped bodyfat I had several fights and discussions with my family and close friends.

Stu, I don’t post much but this has been a great thread. Bad mood is to be expected, mate of mine just did a natural comp. Same deal. I was walking on eggshells for the last few weeks. Don’t stress about it, you’re on track to destroy everyone.
I’ve avoided measuring anything since I started dropping. I know BBing is all about creating an illusion, and it took so long to get to 18" that I don’t want to EVER hear that they were smaller -lol.
It’s 7am as I write this, I’ve been up for a while now, already did 25 min on the treadmill while watching Ronnie on DVD (The Cost of Redemption). Now I’m ‘enjoying’ a cup of egg whites with raw broccoli and tabasco sauce, and 1/2 cup of oats… Yummy! Today will be pretty low calorie wise, but I will get 3 bowls of oatmeal, essentially my last “high carb” day until I up them slightly before my actual depletion.
Rolling out of bed and onto the scale, I got “172.4” this morning. Which makes me rest a bit, as my numbers have been crazy the last couple of weeks. I’m assuming it’s all water, fiber and glycogen, but I can’t take chances… and Corey keeps calling me ‘fat’ (bastard!). ACtually, he’s been damn helpful through this process, and I know I’m gonna be pretty bitchy in the next 2 weeks, so I gave him a little thank you present last night, picked up a couple of t-shirts (Metroflex Gym, and Ronnie “aint no one wants to lift no heavy ass weight”), and a hat (House of Pain Ironwear).
Sure enough, in true meathead fashion, he was pretty stoked, so I’m proud of him for that -lol. I’ll hopefully have some updates, and new pics later tonight. THanks for all the support guys.

Your SIDE tri, chest and relaxed pics are crazy. I think you look great in those. Your side chest almost looks cartoonish and I can’t put my finger on it. I think its your rear delts and forearms.
Your rear double bi looks great. Your shoulders really pop. You’re going to be really tough to beat from the side and behind.
Your conditioning looks spot on. With some color added you should look even crisper. Just two more weeks, you’ve already finished most of the hard work. Keep your head in the game, you should be real proud of yourself so far.
