I’ll save everyone 10 minutes…
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt and berries and freeze in popsicle trays.
Or use MAG-10 like Synergy does, or Met Drive like I (and probably plenty others!) already do.

I’ve never tried those supplements. The only Biotest product I’ve used is Spike. Do they still make Spike?
