I have had bicipital tendonitis for about a few months now. It’s in my right upper arm.
I’ve stopped lifting with my right arm and I’m primarily doing unilateral lifts with my left arm or leg work.
I’m also receiving ART, every 2 weeks for about 15 minutes.
Since it’s been a few months, should I receive a cortisone shot. I had a cortisone shot in the same area nearly 20 years ago, as a result of baseball injury.
My first inclination is to not get a shot. But the argument for the shot it may settle it down and expedite the healing process. I’d like to hear your thoughts. I’m getting impatient but what’s the rush, when considering the long run?
