im an ectomorph but i have belly fats, i think my cortisol level was to high cause of stress due to lack of sleep, ive heard taking 3grams split of vitamin c helps to reduce cortisol, my question is what time of the day should i take those 3x split, upon waking up,pre,intra,post workout,before bed???

Cig: if you know its because of shitty sleep then you are going to have to start there. belly fat mainly develops because of allergy or stress. If you aren’t sleeping well (aka deep enough, long enough, well enough) then you are going to tax the system in multiple ways. You should start by trying to clean that up. An easy way is at least start trying to add magnesium into the picture.
As far as vitamin c you can take a ton of it without a problem. Usually post workout and about an hour before bed.

I have never really noticed a problem doing that but if you get nausea then take it with foods.
There are a lot of ways to improve sleep. Magnesium and Zinc, either on their own or as part of a ZMA. There’s Z12, Melatonin tablets, 5-HTP, Rhodiola Rosea, Valerian Root, Holy Basil, Chamomile. Give those a look.

When I run Vitamin C its morning (wheneves) intra/post wod then dinner. I run high dosages too, so some times Ill take it around 6pm so it doesn’t keep me up. Ive had weird reactions to high V C/B/D levels before including energy/restlessness.
