whats the corret way to preform the preacher curl, is it all the way down and all the way up or what?
I’ve always gone all the way down and up with a squeeze at the top.
But don’t ask me i’m not an expert ![]()
I’ve been using these lately and am curious as well.
I can’t keep my elbows down and go ‘all the way down’ and ‘all the way up’.
I keep my ROM to where I am forcing my elbows to stay in place.
Are you using the EZ BAR ?
is this a serious question? thats like asking I take a shit using the toilet do I wipe or stand and wipe?
Put one foot up on the bar in front of you, one behind you, yank up using your back, scream ahhhhhh! on every rep and then roll up your 13inchers and say yeah im pumped!
I think thats how you should do them!
Ive seen Coleman do 1 arm dumbell preacher curls. They seem to do the trick.
yea i use the e-z bar
With the E-z bar I find it un-natural to go all the way down, all the way up when Im gripping the grooves.

I second that. A little to much stretch in the biceps for me.
