I tore my pec off the sterum in 09 on deployment. So unless im 4 weeks out from a powerlifting meet i use smith. Way better results.

Im also tested every two weeks blood and urine so i can still do comps

I have videos. It wont let me post them. I smith benched 500 for 20, 630 for 3. I can curl 80lb dumbbels for 6-8.
