I think Obama would have taken action back in January to replenish medical supplies at the behest of his national security infectious disease team. At the least, we would have had a 6week headstart on where we are now. But we don’t know.
HOWEVER, we do know that trump disbanded that team, and implied CV was a democratic hoax for a couple months instead, thus putting himself and my country behind the eightball.
Trump fucked this situation up. Obama did not. Obama fucked up Syria. Trump did not. What ifs vs what happened.
He won. Get over it. Letting coastal out of touch elites dictate an election is absurd. And it’s ironic seeing as how the left; you know the party of the “little guy,” conveniently glosses over this
Out of touch elietes, so the people more likely to have gone to and finished high school, more likely to have a bachelor’s degree or greater?
If rural in America is anything like it is here you’ve got less educated people the more rural you get. Given I went out rural once or twice in the USA I know there is a higher percentage of those who abide strictly by religious principle… Depending who you talk to, the rural demographic is considered to be out of touch
Before you get angry here, I live somewhat rurally… I live on a farm, I work manually within said farm on a daily basis.
Ok. Can you point me to a source indicating Trump personally knew there was a shortage of masks? I’d like to know more about what was recommended prior to the outbreak.
Lol… dude give your “angry” shit a rest. You seem to think being college “educated” makes one’s opinion more valid. How laughably ignorant and elitist. Physician heal thyself.
We all know plenty of college graduates that are dumb fucks with no common sense that wouldn’t survive day on a farm or in a field, or a mechanic shop, trade school, etc…
It does it terms wherein you can’t make a coherent argument pertaining to various highly politicised/highly controversial topics (I’m not talking about you btw). If you’ve never looked at data pertaining to a certain issue, in rebuttal to a debate state “I don’t give a fuck about you’re studies”… Then you probably don’t have the most scientifically backed opinion
If a doctor thinks we need to take action but some dimwits in society believe covid 19 isn’t a big deal… Is the doctor’s opinion more valid (been to med school) vs some guy?
College degrees/ a HS education DEF adds credibility/ a semblance of respect… It’s not ignorance.
I periodically get shut down by people saying I don’t know shit because I’m young/don’t have a college degree… How laughably ignorant… No it isn’t, they’ve got a point
Also, I perform manual tasks on a farm… It’s difficult work, not as if I’m oblivious to the fact that manual labour is difficult… Doesn’t help me form coherent arguments though (but it does give me blistered hands full of cuts, bruises and callouses)
Every opinion is valid, however the level of reasonable scientific backing pertaining to an opinion is heavily correlated with education/research
Are you deliberately lying or do you not understand he was comparing the Democrat’s Russia hoax to their political attacks on his response to the China virus?
Does that change the morality of stealing form a kids cancer charity? I find you arguments about previous wrong doings justifying present ones irrational.
