Continuum Training or Another Program?

Well I just finishesd day 1 of Continuum training and it seems like I'll never be able to complete a full circuit if I go when the gym is even remotely busy. It also seems like I lose any rest period because I'm too busy setting up for the next exercise. So, due to practicality I'm not sure I'm going to be able to stick with Continuum training, the gym is just too busy and I can't maintain a steady circuit.

That said, I’m 19 years old and stand at 6’0 190. I’m trying to gain mass and strength, I want to hit about 215 eventually. My diet fluxuates due to a tough work schedule (I’m a barback/service bartender) but I’m usually taking in about 2000 cals. Can anyone recommend a program that is comparable to Continuum Training? Note** I’m concerned strictly with just gaining sheer mass.
Thanks for the help

Read Chad’s latest article, “The Set/Rep Bible,” and chose the parameters he lays out. If your main goal is size (w/ strength as a secondary goal) choose the “Hypertrophy without an emphasis on maximal strength” pararmeters. If strength is your main goal, (and hypertrophy is secondary)choose the “Maximal Strength with Hypertrophy” pararmeters.

BUT REALLY, if you are only consuming 2000 cals/day, it doesn’t matter what program you are doing, you will NOT get BIGGER.
