Cardio- incline walking 5% 3 speed 20-30 mins

Also I am… Kinda sore. My lats and shoulder specifically. Yay for pull ups and shoulder exercises!

Thanks @mortdk!

I am excited. This is similar enough to what I have been doing that I don’t feel like my actual normal routine is changing much and I can continue to do supersets and giant sets all I want. Makes for a very easy transition.

I might… Skip the final 4 weeks since that last wave is a peaking wave.

I feel like… Since I am doing this… I should state my goals for the program.

During the first 3 weeks where I know for a fact I can hit my rep goals I will finish cutting.

After that I will run this on maintenance with a goal of adding 40 lbs to my squat and deadlift and 20 lbs to my bench. Honestly I don’t care what my ohp is at as long as it’s slowly increasing and my shoulders look good.

That means I want a 175 TM squat, 295 deadlift TM, and 135 bench TM.

Greg’s tms are a 2-3 rep max.

With out the peaking wave that 17 weeks. With peaking 21. I will decided whether to peak depending on where I am strength wise.

Mom took me fishing yesterday. We had a blast. Caught 6 small fish and returned 4 smaller ones.

Holiday food is bad food.

Also have to rest today as well. I work and then after work is my best friends b day party. Won’t have time to lift.

Thinking I need to drop the 5 day plan to a 3 day plan. Life keeps getting in the way of completion.

Supposed to lift today… But our family dog just passed. May not get it in.

Sorry to hear that Cherry.
Age or something worse, I don’t have a dog, but knows they tend to be part of the family.

I’ve lost several dogs over the years and it has helped me. Most of them were from age related issues, one got hit by a car.

When we lost Dakota in 2013, my first “own dog,” it was devastating for me and my kids. We had her before we had the kids, and she was my dog until the kids arrived - then she became their dog - slept in the hall between their rooms or in the room with my son. She was a rescue.

It’s never easy, but it’s a great learning experience. Last week one of my son’s friends was hit and killed on his bike, he was thirteen. A lot of tears, but I’m convinced that my son dealt with it well because he had experienced the loss of Dakota.

Anyway, hope all is well, sorry for your loss.

Age. We had her for 15 years. It was her time. Makes it a little easier. We got to bring her fishing last weekend. She looked so happy.

Very true. Thank you @The_Myth

I took it better than most of my family. We expected it. She was a good dog.
