I haven’t been setting timers for the work I am doing. Just… Trying lol
In order to speed up things I am gonna implement 40 sec work 20 second rest on wennings warm up, and emom on the main kryptiea work and then 40 work 20 rest on the additional assistance I do (cable face pulls and pull throughs)

Things I liked … Jump squats didn’t kill me. Will probably do wendlers box jumps/broad jumps before each lift just the same (not unheard of he listed box jumps before deadlifts as an example in forever).
Direct core work… I know he says we get enough with the main lifts and goblet squats in the program but… I am bad about forgetting to brace properly. The easy core work mixed in helped remind me I needed to.
Timed working and rest sets. Usually I just rest however long I thought I needed timing it and hearing the count down sort of mentally triggered me to go.
20:10 on my warm up work actually felt pretty good.
Things I didn’t like 20:10 and 40:20 assistance work. Just wasn’t feeling it. Will probably go back to just making sure I get my 4x25’s in. Maybe just time my rests on that.

Thoughts so far… It’s boring as hell. BBB is less boring than this. I started adding a few little things just to keep my bordom in check but it hasn’t been enough.

It’s… The assistance that’s killing me. I thought I could handle it and I can’t. I can get through 3 more weeks but the idea of doing 9 more weeks on top of that is gonna drive me insane. I need some variety in my assistance movements.
Do what you need to to stay consistent! There’s no rule saying you have to stick with a program or aspects of one that you hate. I respect @mortdk’s opinions, but I think your inclination is the best in this case, @ladycherryblossom.

@mortdk It currently isn’t hard. It’s monotonous. It’s boring. Even pushing the assistance wont change that. I honestly didn’t think it would be so bad.
