I am excited for it. I am not quite running it the way Jim wants but it’s close enough. I can handle EOD in the am now that I am use to waking up again.
Just working up to a 1 mile run on my rest days between.
Figured if I dropped the weight enough it would be a great way to get some better conditioning and prep for summer.
Also looking at the changes I had to make to he able to pull it off for my self I am pretty much running his old man winter version lol! I started it before I saw that though…

3/30 went to the gym to try to get deadlift session in… All racks were constantly taken. Worse… I could not work in because every one was squatting or ohping.
Calves are super sore for some reason. Hamstrings we’re still sore from the sdls on bench.
Said fuck it still need to get something in and did:

No sure I can do kryptiea at the gym if I can’t consistently get a rack. I am still upset that my old gym closed. I have not found a suitable replacment

4/7 148.4 drank a little last night and had wings for dinner. First time chilling with my bestie in… Months.
Today is strong girls day. My mom and I are taking my niece (4 years old) to have a breakfast of champions. Then we are gonna go see captain marvel. Finally auntie muscles (that’s me) is gonna show the niece how to be come a strong girl by taking her to a jump house adventure Park. We are gonna jump and rock climb and play together!
4/11 145 lbs looks like diet cutting is working for now lol
2 more weeks of second job and I can start lifting again normally. I want to start kryptiea but… Thinking I should ease back in again first before I start kryptiea properly.
Just gonna hit as many light sessions as I can for the next 2 weeks and not stress about it.
Considering triumvirate to ease back in. Not pushing time or super setting too much.

Legs still hurt from last lifting session… Probably should ease in slower than BBB sets… Bah
Couple more test out days left before I can be consistent… 1 week. Next Tuesday is my last day. Come on baby! Time needs to flow a little faster for me.
