For rear delts you can buy elastics bands sold in a kit of 3 different colors/resistance(about 15$)they are used for pilates/rehab mostly wrap them twice around each hand and at home you can do that 5 times daily a set of 50 pull-apart. Your hands start in front of you straight arms paralell to the floor/ground and go to your sides hold for 1 count. The first 18 the bands touch you just under nipples, next 18 reps just over bipples, last 14 a few inches higher. You will find how short to make the bands(wrapping them/gripping them closer)to have the right stress level for 50 reps.
Plus the negative flies machine wich is the fly machine but you face the pad instead of placing your back to the pad you will adjust the arms position. Also there you hold for a count of 1 and sometimes a count of 2 when your 2 hands are all apart. The tension is contant and high reps 15-30 done slowly usually get results.
As you up the shoulders work it might be wise to add RC work to avoid problems. Those 2 exercise also work the RC.
