Hey. Just wanted to say, from a semi-pro photographer’s perspective, that in taking before and after pictures, the lighting and location should be consistent, and in a compulsory pose, so that we can asess accurately.
We’ve all seen supplement companies trying to flog bogus products by over-accentuating gains by taking the before pictures with soft, white lighting, no tan, little flexing, and the after pictures with hard lighting (shadows increase the appearance of definition and size), a tan (we know what that does) and more flexing, in one of the more glamorous poses, like double biceps, chest facing camera with the waist twisted away.
It’s really cool that most people here do that!
