this guy is week. lifting for 4 years and only bench 175, and squat 210. i rep 300lbs squats and i rep 165 for bench and i weigh 165. as of last week. this week those number should go up 10lbs or so but who knows for sure till i do it. WTF is the point of picking on carbs. they are fuel for the body. with out fuel your body does not run.

is that dumbell curl or bar curls?

i do 45 an arm for dumbell curls
bar curls i have not done in a while dunno. i would say 90+ hence 45 and arm.
