I"m doing the power lift day we decided on back when. That includes chest press/bent over rows. Then face pulls/incline press. Then, DB shoulder press, chin ups and biceps/triceps. The last two weeks, after this workout I get lower back pain/with some nerve pain down the leg, but mostly the lower back/sciatica. Do you have any inkling on which exercise would be causing this and if I should find an alternate, or what form to fix?? Thanks so much.
