i look at all these supplements provided on the website, and i begin to get confused… im looking for a supplement thats going to help me put on mass, and gain strenght, but the catch is i dont want to lose any weight…

This is simple, stick to the basics.

Protein Powder: Get you the neccessary amino acids to fuel your muscle growth.

Surge for Post workout: Get you out of a catabolic state(breaking down body tissues) into an anabolic stat(building up body tissues) as quickely as possible.

Creatine 5g post workout drink: Just to give you a boost to your work capacity.

Stick to these basics, probably all you will need and then some.
