Going to try keeping a log online mostly because I like to keep track of my training but always lose or destroy my old notebooks, but also so I can be told I’m being a pussy and to work harder.
Not really sure where I’m going just now but I’m kind of addicted to training in general so I’ll keep on going. It’s about time I actually get consistent and make some real progress too, my numbers are pretty pathetic for the amount of time I’ve been doing this. Mostly because of several very long lay-offs and the fact that my joints don’t seem to like me lifting weights at all. I’ve got some vague thoughts of trying out for the Edinburgh American football team at the end of the year, but we’ll see how training goes.

Squat were a little harder than last session, just banged through them with no rest last time, had a slight pause on last 4-5 reps this time.
Need a bit more core work, not really been doing any and I can feel it on the sprint. Not transfering force as well as I should and feeling a bit of strain on the SI joint.
Apparently feeling a bit run down on Wednesday was the start of me getting food poisoning, still got myself to do a bit of cardiac development on Thursday but today there was no way I was going to do anything.
