Compounds that pros use and routine

Bodybuilders who stay big while having a six pack. What is their routine? What is their diet? What compounds do they use? Or what substances on top of anabolics do they use—hgh, insulin, peptides, whatever? Do they get ab implants or what lol. Spill the d*mn secret. Please don’t bull💩 me with “abs are made in the kitchen.” I know that, but I don’t need the usual bull here for people asking for advice for compounds. I’ve done several cycles already and I look alright, I just need to go further. And NO you don’t need to know my stats and NO you don’t need to see my pics. Thank you in advance!

Haven’t you run like multiple blasts and only mildly changed your stats?

Your gear isn’t your problem, it’s your diet and training.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ for gear. Most coaches have their clients run compounds uniquely suited for that specific client.
*speaking as someone who has a coach currently, and has spoken to a half dozen coaches.

There is one secret, one thing, that if you don’t have, you could run all the anabolics, follow the exact routine with the exact same effort, run the exact same diet as the pros and still not get the same results.

Kidding, it’s genetics. That’s not me letting anyone off the hook for training hard and eating right, but to look like a pro you need pro genetics, chances are if you didn’t look awesome already without drugs you don’t have them.

So you don’t look like you’ve run a few cycles then? Gonna guess 1) your gear sucks 2) your training sucks 3) your diet sucks. Or maybe all three.

The pros are eating more, training harder, and yeah taking more gear than your average gym rat. Don’t know about implants but plenty use SEO.

There is no secret. They eat and train just like us. The difference is 1) genetics and 2) they carry a large amount of muscle which means their bodies need/use much more food than you and I. When the nutrients are needed for muscle than that’s where it goes. So when you eat 5,000cals a day you get fat. When they eat 5,000cals a day it’s just enough to keep the muscle on. They stay much leaner.
