Okay, I guess I get to be the jerk. I seriously don’t see much difference, and I would think that 10lbs plus a drop in BF% on such a small frame should look nothing short of fantastic.
I’m sorry, I’m just telling you what I see.[/quote]
Agreed. Actually, I’m pretty sure the before and after back shots are exactly the same picture. Everything in the room is in the EXACT same spot, and his body is in the EXACT same pose.

Sorry guys…This is a typo. Week 0 and 1 are the same. I am not here to deceive anyone. I will edit the post.

I have to agree. more food and the right food could have done this for you in 8 weeks. I gained 8 pounds in 8 weeks. and only gained under 1% bf. not be a jerk. but …
why do you hide your face?
cutting your face out of the pics wont stop anyone from finding you. ip tracing or finding the registration of the account would find you. I dont get the face cutting some people do. also linking it to your email would make it easier. I just thought i would mention it and see why no face?

Cortes…no need to apologize. You are probably right that 9 pounds should look more dramatic. I really donâ??t know how to explain the absence of explosive look. Whatâ??s important for me is I feel good about the descent improvement in my physique. If I can replicate this achievement on the next several cycles I will be happy.
It isnt about being found… it is about basic anonymity. So his sisters boyfriends dog wont see he’s been using gear.
I do the same for the same reason. it has SFA to do with Da Law.
You Do look better, and if i remember correctly weren’t you in your 40’s? Someone been training so long and at that age will not be seeing results of 10lbs - ever.
Silk - you said you gained 8lbs with a small increase in BF… (FYI 1% increase PLUS a higher net bodyweight will actually calculate to a fair amount of fat - but good job naturally all the same) but from your pic it looks like they may have been newbie gains… am i wrong?

I agree with you that tracing my real identity is very easy. I work in the IT Field and know something about internet security and IP tracing and stuff. I guessed its just a personal preference and I hope you don’t find it a big deal.

Hey Brook…Nice to hear from you. Yes I am the 41 years old guy that’s been training for more than 10 years. Unfortunately my height hasn’t really changed like my age did LOL. I am still just 5 feet 5 inches tall. Thanks to all your advise again.
I can tell you look better. - any possible water weight and extra glycogen you could still lose, you for sure added 6 lbs or so of solid muscle to your frame. Did you take any arm measurements before/after?

Hey Bence…Unfortunately No,I did not take any arms measurements. Below are picures from Week 1 and 8
I didn’t think 10lbs was all that impressive either until I took into account your small size to begin with and the fact that you are over 40 with plenty of training history. You are in great shape for 41! Good luck with your future cycles.

it looks fine to me - the thing that finalises it is you.
If after 8 weesk your libido is low, energy, etc, etc. then you would be looking at more time off - or at your age, the possibility that the suppression increased the need to go onto TRT. its not a fact, just a possibility.
IME guys of 40 years have more issues running cycles than many in their 20’s - who still have enough issues as is.
You have to wait and see… be warned though that if you are going to run multiple cycles, you are highly likely to need TRT sooner rather than later - and IMO i would not be surprised if you found recovery hard this or the next time.
JMO - based on personal experience and what i have read of others who are ‘older’.
Hmmmm…I can only hope that my recovery will be a breeze. Itâ??s been 11 days since my last pin, libido and strength is still up, I actually broke my personal record in dumbbell bench press just last Monday. (5 sets of 6 reps using 100lbs dumbbells). Considering I only weigh 135-136, I think this is awesome.
I suspect that the testosterone in my body is still elevated and will continue to taper down until about 2-3 weeks after my last pin (I used Test E). I realized the importance maintaining a good diet, maintaining a workout routine and simply allowing my body to re-adjust to the absence exogenous testosterone.
I plan on lifting heavy until my strength starts degrading and then switch to higher reps\moderate weight workout routine. Diet will stay the same, composing of high in protein and â??goodâ?? oil and low carb ( I am a low carb kind of guy). I guessed Iâ??ll find out in about two to three weeks how I do in recovering from this cycle.
For now I am just excited to go to Puerto Rico for some relaxation. I will pack my Nolvadex with me and start my PCT while on vacation. The hotels we are staying in has a good gym, I will squeeze in some workout time while I am out of town. Thanks
