Complete Newbie/Nerd Trying to Get Healthy

i would just go to my friends house and eat ALL of thier food. eat at a couple different friends house for every meal.or you could eat stray animals. the point is be creative. even if you have dumbells, you should still use the rope thing i told you about. i have a gym membership, and equip. at home, but i still use the rope thingie.it’s a super forearm workout.

sounds like you could pull a lot of progress even sticking to push ups, situps, and behind the back dips from your couch. Find someplace around the house, maybe a tree, to do pull ups from.

nevertheless, eat a lot.

One thing that is affordable are protein shakes with frozen fruits, I’ll be using those as three meals a day, plus three actual meals a day. Would that work?

There are no jobs in my neighborhood, the nearest job is fifteen minutes away by car but I can’t drive. Can’t walk or bike, my mother won’t even let me walk around my neighborhood. She’s convinced that most kids who do just get kidnapped, even at sixteen. :\

First thing I would do is set my mom straight.
Don’t be a mama’s boy, boy…
You need to win the first battle and that’s your parents. Things will be rather tough if you don’t have support from your parents.

As all the great above advice says… and try to avoid junk food. Now that you are going to be an eating machine, make sure its not excessive garbage and harmful food you consume. Another superb triceps blaster is pushups at a 45 degree angle to your kitchen counter top. It takes a while to perfect [ie, chin up/arms in at sides/slow pushing with your arms from your hands/reps to before fatigue]. But once you get the rhythm you’ll find the triceps [and feel] them ripping at the seams.
