Now, back to the cycles I would do. I liked to do a 12 week cycle that ended with the most important contest of that year. Otherwise, I was cycling 8 weeks “on” with 7 to 8 weeks “off.”
So roughly speaking, in your situation, I would end my current cycle at the end of December, be “off” January and February. Then back “on” March and April, and “off” May and June. Finally “on” until the show. If I knew the exact day of the show, I could tell you exactly the weeks I would be “on” and “off.”
On 12 week cycles I would increase the AAS at the start of the 7th week by about 20% mg per week. I would drop all “wet” orals at week 7, e.g., Dianabol, Anadrol. I dried out with either Winstrol or Anavar.
Then they should be telling you what drugs to use and when. They know your body. We don’t. Last thing you want going into a show is a ton of voices in your head.
What I don’t understand is why aren’t you working out in that gym right now. I would have already made that move. You can pick up a lot just watching others who know what they are doing.
The gym is too far from my work. Come April I am going to bite the bullet and make the trip; the summer is fine because I teach and we have summers off.
Yes buddy. Size on my legs is what I’m working on the most right now. I’m going as heavy as possible and trying to use strictest of form. Coaches are pushing that too…
