I’m doing a little project where im going through the entire process of starting up a community weight loss program for teens. Writing the actual program details is easy, but I have NO clue about the business aspect of things. My program would be very simple and all I would need is an office or two for my secretary/dietitian/counselor and an empty warehouse type setup with free weights, and very minimal machines.
What I have no idea about is what are some unknown costs in starting a business like this? What are some foreseable problems with startup? Any thoughts?

I would consult a lawyer with experience in business law and also liability
Sorry, I should have been more clear. I’m not ACTUALLY starting a program. I’m doing a school assignment and detailing the general steps in the process. I was more interested in finding out what are some typical unknown costs and foreseable problems with starting the program.
