it seems that everyone around me is getting sick. my family, my friends, they all have colds.
Does anyone have advice for a weight trainer who is comming down with a bit of a cold? Do you stop lifting for a while? Do you change up the type of workouts (continue cardio, but ease up on lifting)? Does your nutrition change?
I’m trying to stay hydrated, eat well, and taking some time off.
Is this the right approach?
