Hey guys,

After some advice for my next cycle. I can get my hands on test 400 and deca very easily and want to give them a crack next time together. (Im currently in my 4th week of test 400 only 10 week cycle @400mg p/w and its nice, staying quite hard not bloated, good gains, strength through the roof and sex drive is out of control.)

So, advice on the following 2 questions is required please;

  1. how long should I wait before I start again? ill wait 2 weeks from my last pin of the test before I start a 4 week pct with Nolva and Clomid, is 6 weeks enough pending I feel good and my nuts are back (they haven’t really gone down that much)? or should I wait longer before I commence a following cycle?

The deca is 300mg/ml, so I was thinking about using 1ml per wk of the deca for 10 wks, and using 600mg of test per week, pinned EOD for 12 weeks, or 13 if there is a bit left in the second vial.

  1. does that mix sound ok, or is it true that you can reduce the amount of test when mixed with deca and still get the potency of a stronger dose of test. or is that bullcrap.

PCT would be the same as I have now, Nolva and Clomid 4 wks, and I would run arimidex .25 ED to be on the safe side. (no signs of sides so far in my history though.)

  1. To play it safe time off is equal to time on plus pct

  2. Your doses for the deca and test look alright. Some might say bump the deca to at least 400mg. Run the test at least one week longer than the deca, personally I would run it 4 weeks longer. Also her a DA on hand as well for the deca.
