Testabol E Weeks 1-8 500mg PW
PCT @ Week 11, 3 weeks after deca shot. Reason for 3 weeks later is Deca is still active in your system and I heard its a waste to start PCT right after a cycle of it.
Clomid 50MG PD 11th and 12th
Nolvadex 40PD, 30PD, 11th and 12th
Weeks 13 and 14 nolvadex @ 20 PD & 10PD
Where would I fit in HCG?

run the test a week longer (mabye even 2) than the deca to match the clearance on the esters. Their are differing schools of thought but there are many that believe the deca stays around for a really long time after you have stopped pinnin it.
also a 10 week cycle isn’t very long for those compounds. Most guys will tell you to run them 12-16 weeks.
Your doses are good but I would do it like this.
W 1-12 Deca Dur (300mg/w)
W 1-14 Test Enan (500mg/w)
W 17 start PCT

Ten weeks on deca and test really isn’t long enough in my opinion. I definitely would run them both longer.

you might want some adex on hand because of the test
