That’s a good start, make sure your getting some protein/carbs in 90-120 minutes before you lift and again during/afterwards.

Thanks man, this is common sense though :slight_smile: Everyday I usually aim for 200-250 or if I’m lucky 300g of protein a day. I also usually hit about 3000-4000 calories a day aswell.
