First time poster and I hope I’m in the right spot and not breaking any rules.
However, as the post implies I am considering coming off TRT, for fertility reasons mainly. Below has been what I ran, and would like some suggestions on how to proceed.
Currently I’m 24, 195lbs and been on since December 2018.
- 200mg/1ml Test C / week
- 1mg Anastrozole 2x/week
- 250iu HCG 2x/week
I have also ran 200mg/1ml Nandralone Decanate from January to April, and then 50mcg Winstrol for the better half of May (however I am stopping).
I have plenty of HCG and Anastrozole to use. No clue where/how/Who would prescribe Nolvadex or Clomid. But am curious for a second opinion on the best way for me to come off. I wasn’t thinking running the below for 4 weeks.
- 250iu HCG M/W/F
- Anastrozole but no clue how much or frequent.
Thank you in advance for all who may assist me.
Your doctor would likely be willing to prescribe for fertility if he knows that you are going off of TRT. Is this prescribed TRT, or your own thing? The Winny and Nandrolone is clearly not scipt, so wherever you got that could probably help you with Nolva. And kill the anastrozole soon.
All has been prescribed.
Ultimately I would like to stay natty and fertile, and probably go back on whenever kids are around.
So you’d suggest just the HCG for 4 weeks, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Yes, for now. It would be better to be on something like nolvadex for PCT for a few weeks and see where you are. You can get her knocked up while on, but I don’t know what’s best as far as dosing and that for you. It is individual and requires an actual specialist.
That’s interesting. Optimally I would like to stay on HRT, and be able to have kids in a year or two. However, I’m only 8 months in and feel there is a possibility that I’m not too far gone. That’s mainly why I’m heavily considering stopping everything.
Many have conceived taking testosterone and hCG.
Even if taking consistently for 2-3 years?
(the time between me starting and when I will be wanting to conceive).
It has certainly happened.
I guess my ultimate goal here is to know a good way to taper off TRT…
Do you think 250iu HCG M/W/F for four weeks should put me in a good position to recover?
The goal is to have kids in a year or two, and would rather start the recovery process now.
Thank you for these, diving into them now. Just read the conclusions as of replying. I just want to become fertile again after stopping TRT. With the above suggested dose, I’m hoping to.
I took a sperm test (that I had to mail) while on the Winstrol, and it came back as not enough mobile to bank - now unsure if this was due to it being mailed, sitting in the hot southern sun to be picked up, the Winny, or what - but this is the origination for my concern.
Given it is low, would fertility come back after coming off TRT, even after stopping the HCG PCT? Once completely natty.
Bump for this.
Update: Last shot was last Thursday - .5ml/100mg of Test C. I imagine the crash is incoming. A follow up concerns I’m hoping someone could provide help with.
- Will only have access to HCG and Anastrozole. Doc will not prescribe clomid or Nolvadex. Plan to run HCG 250iu MWF for the next 3 weeks. Should I introduce any Anastrozole to this equation?
- With this, should I anticipate horrible sides?
- When will I feel normal again?
- When should I have a blood panel taken to verify T, LH and FSH has normalize?
- How should I modify diet during this ‘pct’? Any supplements I should take?
24y/o - Thanks in advance.
Is there a female half to this equation? Someone that is definitely planning to let you impregnate them?
Yes, but in about a year or so. Just want to go ahead and normalize and get over this now rather than then.
Avoid the anastrozole, it is unlikely to do you much good on just HCG but could definitely cause harm. HCG will get the testes going, but not the pituitary, so you probably won’t get much of a crash now, but when you stop the HCG you better brace for impact.
Thanks for the reply. How long would you suppose until the pituitary kicks back in gear? How long until LH normalizes?
That is individual, sometimes never. It should be about two weeks though.
I’m pretty young and was only on it for a short period so i think I’ll be alright (I hope). And actually I am able to get Clomid/Nolvadex. Not sure which though. Just got word from the doc. How should I run this? Any suggestions for when my 3 weeks of HCG is over how to run this? Will this help with the crash and recovery? Will I crash once this is over and I’m completely off?
So many questions lol I appreciate your help.
Why would you stop the TRT? Shouldn’t the HCG have preserved your fertility?
Provably has to a degree. I just want to be certain. and at my age, 24, id like to just come off if possible.
