coming off fat fast

I’m going to be coming off of a fat fast/anabolic diet in a couple of weeks. I’m only 10 days in and have lost 10 pounds of fat and water. I was just wondering if someone could help me out in how to diet after the diet so I don’t go carb crazy and waste my hard work. Any advice or pinpointing an arcticle would be appreciated.

I don’t know how you can not go carb crazy… only thing I would sugest is to not have ANY candies or snacks in your home and not to buy ANY at the supermarket. I was so strict with myself during the actual FF, that I was like “coming off of it cravings would be no sweat!” Couple of days after I ended my FF I was NOTHING but cravings… at work it was ok since I kept busy, but at home… I was climbing the walls. Then my reletives came back from Europe and brought back candies native to my place of birth… no freakin way I can resist that… Also maybe get some natural peanutbutter, put that into your protein shake or just with a cup of 2 of milk, it tastes damn good so it may keep the cravings at bay while giving you healthy fats and a low amount of carbs (I can resist eating my favourite candy while knowing that I’ll chug that shake down a bit later). You might take some 5-htp, the ingredient in MD6 aimed at reducing carb cravings. If I remember correctly, you need 75mg or less a day for the effect spread througout the day. I recall reading that some people take several hundred mg a day with some negative effects–weird dreams, etc. Be sure to read up on MD6 for the levels, rationale and precautions.

Maybe MD6 or something with 5-HTP might take the edge off things.
