Combining Two Ian King Programs

I was thinking about combining the Vertical Enhancement program and the “Bring on the Pain” programs by Ian King. Do you think this would be too demanding? I’ve done his 12 weeks to super upper body strength program and I loved it. So I’m ready to try another Ian King program(s) again.

where is king’s Vertical Enhancement program located

The program can be found under previous issues and it is issue #154. It is titled “White Men CAN Jump”

Has anyone tried these two programs together? I haven’t heard much feedback on either one actually. Who has tried either program? Or both?

The Vertical Enhancement program seems like it is only for quad-dominant exercises. Ian recommends doing 3-4 training sessions/week of which should be lower body. My experience is to do 2 sessions a week of his recommended workouts and 1-2 sessions a week for hip-dominant exercises.
