Well, we all know a play-off would be key. We all agree on that.
But the reality is that there isn’t going to be a +1 or a play-off for many, many years. Not with the new contracts that have been signed by ESPN/ABC and the BCS.
And all questions can be answered thoroughly next season when the Gators win back-to-back national championships.
Not only that, but I predict that the Gators will face USC for the BCS national championship on USC’s home field (Rose Bowl) and defeat them answer any questions and to shut everyone up!
Now, if Utah can have a season like this one next year, they will have a chance for the BCS. But that may not happen…just like Boise State a few years back.

You know, I think USC’s only going to be good by default next year. Losing 10 starters, possibly Mark Sanchez, and not having much other proven options on offense could spell for a hectic year for Carroll. Now I assume he’s got a great recruiting class ready, especially on defense, but I’m looking for Texas to have a huge year next year.
And maybe I’m a bias nerd, but when I saw Tebow walk off the stage, “forget” he had something to say and then got the crowd pumped by saying he was coming back, I almost got goosebumps. That was a youtube save, for sure.
