College Football 2012

I think the Gamecocks showed that they could have be rated too high in the polls. The next few games will show if they are the team that should be rated #9.

That blown pass interference call was just unbelievable.

I dont understand how that call was not made. The zebra was right on top of the play, and it was blatantly obvious.

I have big expectations for USC, they should run the table. The tough games will be Oregon and Stanford, but other than that, I think they should be good enough for a National Title shot.

I would love to see USC vs Bama in the final, I want to showcase the talent of the Pac-12.

I wouldn’t mind this at all! Just making it to the dance two years in a row would be an accomplishment. And last year not withstanding, it would mean that Bama won the SEC as well.

Can an ACC team ever get to the BCS title game?

It is indeed.

And where are all the fans tonight?

Lots of teams, even ones that won, did not do their fans proud today.

Big take always from yesterday:
Bama looked great. The D is solid and they finally have a Q who looks pretty good.
USC looked legit. Barkley was a few drops away from 500+yards and 6-7 TD’s. If they can stay injury free on D then they’ll run the table.
Oregon’s offense looked insane. Pulling the starters before half time? lol

OU did NOT impress. Could be a long year for them.

I wish I could brag about how good my favorite team is…Go Hoosiers

freshman RB T.J Yeldon…suuuuuuper impressive!!!

As a Michigan fan that was a beatdown. Yeldon looks like the type of guy that could break one at anytime but with the way Bama was dominating the line of scrimmage nearly any runningback could have 100 yeard game. Jalston Fowler reminds me of former bama FB and beastly nfl FB Le’ron Mcclain, that’s a scary combo in the backfield, not even including Lacy. I think the big ten looks really weak this year. Michigan State is the only team that impressed me, defense is nasty and Le’Veon Bell is a man amongst boys, but there qb is a long ways from being good and at 45 carries a game Bell will never survive the season healthy. Bama will probably repeat, hopefully Michigan can contend for the big ten title.

I thought my Huskers looked pretty good.

Still some work needed on defense, poor tackling and they need to fill in the holes on the running game.

Taylor looked good with his throwing. 349 yards and 5 TD. The real test of his passing will be against a good defense.

X2,

I’m heavily dissapointed in Michigan. They didn’t show up at all. The Defense held Bama to 3 and out their first series, and then decided “all right boys we did what we came to do” and then they folded for THE REST OF THE GAME.

Robinson still sailing passes over everyone’s head, throwing off his back foot with zero mechanics. Michigans’ offense looked like street ball. They were overwhelmed, scared, and heavily outmatched.

I think what’s worst is that it’s clearly evident that Michigan is no where near National Championship contenders and definitely deserve their ranking at 19. Notre Dame is now ranked at 22, so (hopefully) when Michigan STOMPS NOTRE DAMES IRISH ASS they’ll stay in the middle teens ranking-wise.

But it’s a long haul. Michigan State looked powerful, long season ahead.

^ Brad you got to change your QB

Kid is a straight up athlete for sure but he is NO QB, move him to RB/WR and get a true QB
