Coming from inside the SEC most people are are not all that excieted about A&M. Most SEC schools already recruit Texes pretty heavily and most ot the top teams have guys from there. I’m not sure that having A&M in the SEC will mean much recruiting wise.
Plus we kind of already have A&M in Mississippi State.
Do not underestimate the draw for players to stay in Texas. Maybe A&M keeps one good recruit from each of the top programs. May not hurt the programs that way but the A&M just stacked the 5 to 8 recruits on their team.

LOL… well im banking on LSU’s luck… im reminded of the Vols game and the Gator game… goddamn tigers…
either way should be a good game… too bad jefferson decided to re-enact the old pride fighting videos and started stomping on that guy’s face…
That is exactly why I said they are lucky because of those two games.
Yes they should be great games to watch. Jefferson is bubba gump dumb. LSU really needs to stop recruiting from the mental retardation state school.

No. 5 Boise State at No. 19 Georgia
These are the really only two games that have serious implications. All the rest are really locks, maybe the USC and Minnesota game, but since Decker left Minnesota I am not really sure on there team.
So I say.
Oregon wins
Georgia wins in “upset”
Oregon is my pick for national champion this year. Get this 'Bama and Oklahoma noise out of here.
I’ll be watching the Frogs against Baylor tonight pretty closely. I know you can’t judge too much off one game but if Casey Pachall turns out to be the stud that some analysts say he is, then TCU could have some great seasons ahead.
Baylor is going to look like they’re in a track meet against TCU. Robert Griffin is legit as hell.
LSU will beat Oregon, period.
Boise will beat Georgia, period.
And at least one BCS-conference team loses to a mid-major or FBS team this week. USC could very well get beaten by Minnesota, but it’s played in LA so it’s less likely.

Mark it!
I agree that RG3 is legit but Gary Patterson has put together some of top ranked defenses in the nation for over a decade now, considering what he did under Franchione as well.
I don’t think it will be a blowout but I will be surprised if Baylor pulls off the upset.

This is true, and I definitely respect the 4-2-5 that he’s installed down there, it’s intriguing and it works consistently. I’m to understand they only have 2 starters returning on defense from last year, though. Mix that with opening game-adjustments and a dangerous QB, I’m thinking Baylor upsets(?) by 10-13 points.
