Anyone excited and ready for football to start this week?
Any games people are ready to see besides their own team. I think the LSU vs. Oregon will be a good game. Also Boise State at Georgia should be a good one. I see both Oregon and Boise State giving the home teams upsets.

I agree. I like both of those teams to win their opening games. I have high hopes for this years season. I’m hoping that there are at least 4 undefeated teams at the end of the season… really screw up the BCS lol

Hell I will enjoy and watch them all.
I plan to watch as much as I can. I hope to see one big upset this weekend.

I read on ESPN that Texas still hasn’t made a choice for QB? What is up with that? Doesn’t sound like there is any confidence going on there.

Excited and ready, yes sir.
Lots of interesting storylines in college football right now without anything actually hapenning on the field, what with conference realignment, scandal/corruption at so many schools, politics, and the usual consternation over preseason polls/BCS vs playoff, etc. I eat that shit up, but now it’s ready to see some games.
I’m excited to see how all the top contenders look, but unfortunately, due to so much weak non-conference scheduling going on, we won’t really know all that much about most teams until October.

Oklahoma and Texas don’t want to jump because they’d have to go be biggish fish in a big pond, instead of HYUOOGE fish in a tiny untalented AQ pond.
Yea PMPM but at what point does this also start becoming a lost cause?
I mean if you got UT and Oklahoma with a few scrubs, we will be less then the ACC. Nobody will want to come here and the TV revenues will go to shit.
