Justin Blackmon = MONSTER

Hope the best for this kid at the next level. Great guy and great player.

Speaking of the draft, if the Browns don’t take Blackmon I’m going to murder people in our front office. I don’t give a fuck how much I don’t really like Colt McCoy, we’re not getting Luck and no other QB is worth not taking that freak so we can finally have at least 1 receiver worth throwing to.

This game is living up to the hype.

If St. Louis is committed to Bradford, which is a mighty big if since he’s proven to be incapable of staying healthy, they’d be fools not to take Blackmon with the 2nd pick. That offense is pathetic and if they stick with Bradford they really need to get some weapons at the wideout position for him.

Yeah Ducks!!!

Happy for Chip Kelly and the guys. It was a good game against a good team.

Have a friend from Wisconsin at the game. She stopped texting me after the first half. She lost her phone at the last Ducks game she was at, and she most likely is very drunk right and bitter right now.

Probably not a good combination, lol

Oh… no doubt she is on a tear right now. Probably on other substances as well. So, she will text me in the next couple of days telling me how she has to get her life together.

So the circle goes…[/quote]

Sounds like she could be a fun date!

Is she single?

Luck really seems to be living up to the hype as well. I know some people question his arm strength, but arm strength really is an overrated quality as a QB. He doesn’t have a cannon, but his arm isn’t weak by any means. He gets the ball out on time and he’s accurate, which trumps arm strength every time. I’ve watched him for three years now and although he doesn’t really zip it in there, the real important thing to remember is that he never really forces himself to make the type of throw where he HAS to force it in there.

I think the big drawback to having a rifle arm is that QBs, especially young ones, who have a fucking Howitzer for an arm tend to rely on it too much and make poor decisions more often. Brett Favre is a perfect example, and Elway was guilty of the same thing early in his career. Obviously, having a great arm that’s accurate, with a quick release, good timing and a smart head controlling it is preferential, but I’ll take an average arm with all those other attributes any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. I hate to compare anyone not named Brady to Joe Montana, but Luck throws about as accurately while rolling out to his left as any QB I’ve seen since Montana.

More overtime boys, what a finish to a great day of football.

What a finish. Great game, well done Oklahoma State.

That kicker for Stanford choked that field goal big time. They should have just gone for the win though.

That fucking piece of shit probably doesn’t even care that he just choked on his own fucking cock and blew it for Stanford. Fucking asshole is probably going to graduate in two years with a goddamned 6.9 GPA and head straight into investment banking where he’ll continue to fuck people in the ass just like he fucked his Stanford teammates and all of Stanford’s fans in the ass. Shit.

Absolutely. I scored a free ticket to the game and Stanford outplayed OSU, whose gameplan was mostly just to get it to Blackmon (not a bad plan at all). But the Cardinal clammed up when it counted. They should’ve just kept pounding it with Taylor, which had been working all night, rather than hoping for a FG. If we’ve learned anything from this season, it’s that college kickers cannot be trusted. It’s too bad, this is realistically as high as a team like Stanford will ever get with their inherent recruiting drawbacks, would’ve been nice to see them go out with a W.

Yeah college kickers aren’t very good at all. Very few teams have actual good kickers. That is one of the main reasons Alabama lost to LSU earlier this year.

I see the BCS has given us a bunch of mismatched teams with boring lopsided games.

Damn them.

It’s a wonder why more teams don’t just go for it on 4th down and give the other offense crappy field position.

As for Okie State, I had them picked as a top contender this year. Super impressed by their season as a whole, and Gundy is a Man! Blackmon wasn’t singularly by himself though. Weeden is a tough and serviceable QB, and the scat backs kept the Cardinal LB’s on their toes.

FTR I also thought Oregon State was going to make some noise this year too, so clearly I’m not a genius.

I’m just glad so many good Big XII players are leaving for the NFL.

I felt badly for that Stanford kicker…for about three minutes.

I believe the whole UT team is coming back?

Is Landry going to the arena league or getting his diploma in Basket Weaving from OU?

Like I said…good Big XII players are leaving…I think Landry is probably coming back?

That’s nice, I burned you, and I burned myself at the same time!

<3 U

I’m watching ESPN’s FirstTake right now (how the fuck did Skip Bayless not make the Most Punchable Face list) and Kordell Stewart is making a fool of himself right now. He’s saying that RG3 is clearly a better QB and a better pro prospect than Luck. The guy’s a fucking racist who’s only on RG3’s bandwagon because he’s black.

I remember when Tebow became the starter and he kept saying that it wasn’t fair and that he resented that Tebow was getting the chance to play that he didn’t get, that Vince Young didn’t get, that McNair didn’t get and a couple others didn’t get and stopped JUST short of saying that Tebow was getting a shot because he’s white and those players didn’t get a shot right away because they’re black.

Tebow IS a fucking joke, but he’s also 6’3" 250 playing in a totally different situation than Stewart played in, and Stewart wasn’t nearly the same size as Tebow. Besides, I could have sworn McNair and Young DID get a shot pretty early in their rookie season.
