Happy new years to you as well my friend.

And I seem to have spoken too soon, Michigan State decided to wake up. This game is gettin exciting. [/quote]

Yep, Georgia is obviously faster but Mich. St. is tough upfront and playhing sound gap discipline.

Second overtime, this might turn out to be the best game of the day.

3 OT

Oh Shit SEC loss

At least this season is finally over, just can’t take any more special teams miscues and Braxton Miller constantly overthrowing receivers.

Brushing that embarrassment aside, this MSU/Georgia game was incredibly entertaining, thank god for New Years Day(a day late) bowl games.

lolololol

we already lost one with Vandy choking.

Congrats to Michigan State, they bowed up and played hard.

Have Oregon been wearing these helmets all season? That silver looks really sharp, and I like that O on the back-center, really nice design.

I didn’t even notice how different the jerseys were because of the helmets, damn Oregon has some nice gear.

Go Ducks!

Uncle Phil pays for the uniforms.

Nahhh… These are all new uniforms just for today’s game.

Hell of a Rose bowl ending.

More like ouch…

Well at least my college’s hockey team season is still going well.

Anybody go to a bowl game?

Not this year but I’ve been to a few.

Yeah Ducks!!!

Happy for Chip Kelly and the guys. It was a good game against a good team.

Have a friend from Wisconsin at the game. She stopped texting me after the first half. She lost her phone at the last Ducks game she was at, and she most likely is very drunk right and bitter right now.

Probably not a good combination, lol

Anyone watching Stanford/OSU right now? I’ve been a huge Stanford fan for years now and I’ve been watching Stepfan Taylor at RB for a couple years. He looks like a legit NFL back, but I never really hear him mentioned as a top RB draft prospect. Anyone ever hear where he’s projected to go in the draft this year? I’d think he’d be a great pick, especially if he can be acquired outside the 1st round. I’d like to see the Niners take him; he already has played in the exact same offense they run for a few years now and I think him, Gore and Kendall Hunter would be one hell of a combination in the backfield for them, given how much they like to run, especially since Gore doesn’t really look like a feature back anymore.

Oh… no doubt she is on a tear right now. Probably on other substances as well. So, she will text me in the next couple of days telling me how she has to get her life together.

So the circle goes…

He’s certainly out of the 1st round. If he came out this year probably 4th or 5th, although he’s doing his best tonight to raise that stock =p. I haven’t seen a whole lot of discussion about him but I can definitely see teams knocking his combination of speed size(5’11 ~210, but mid 4.5 to 4.6 speed), he’s somewhere in that middle ground where he’s not really a big back(in fact he’s pretty meh in short yardage), but not fast either(especially not at the NFL level).

He’s a legit sure handed receiver out of the backfield and is a serviceable runner between the 20s though, will certainly get picked up if he comes out. He has an interesting decision with Luck leaving though this upcoming season; if he stays he’s going to be a larger part of the offense, but if their next QB can’t deliver he might get suffocated by defensive focus and lose status in the eyes of scouts.

Yeah, he seems a bit undersized, but that’s the exact same as Marshawn Lynch. He runs with such a good, low pad level and he keeps his legs moving well upon contact. You gotta remember, these Stanford motherfuckers don’t have the extra time to really devote themselves to putting on an appreciable amount of size AND speed each off-season since they’re taking How To Run the World 101 each spring. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him enter the NFL next year at 215-220 and with a little extra speed than he has now.

Plus, he seems to have a knack for making the cut at the right time and I like his vision. Those are two very underrated qualities as a back that don’t show themselves in the combine. He’s definitely not 1st round material, and probably not 2nd round material either, but if he slips to the 5th or 6th round, whoever drafts him is going to get some real value out of that pick, in my opinion.
