College Football 2011 2.0

Luck looks atrocious tonight. As some of the USC fans (heres to you Maximus) pointed out, blitz Luck and he falls apart.

Yes! Bama FTW! Auburn goes down big to GA and Boise and Stanford drop!

Georgia crushed em.

Stanford didn’t lose yet, been some crazy shit this year I’m not writing a 13 point game with 7 minutes left down as ‘over.’

23 point game…

Boom. Oregon ran wild over Stanford.

It’s now down to Oklahoma State winning out and they will make it to the BCS game. If not, who knows. I guess you can say Oregon is in the conversation, but they already played LSU earlier this year.

Yes, I’m biased, but Oregon absolutely cannot beat LSU. The only team in the country that has a chance is Bama (as long as it doesn’t come down to field goals).

I guess all that is left is for Arkansas to beat LSU. If that happens would it not undermine the idea that either LSU or Alabama belong in the NC game?

Still want Ok State to go undefeated.

Still, it would be interesting if the only undefeated team at the end of the year is Houston.

Wow that game was hard to watch at Stanford stadium.

Luck looked horrible, definitely crumbled under pressure and was very shaky. It will be interesting to see how that affects his draft status, as that was really his first huge game, and he played horrifically.

Stanford just made a lot of little mistakes (drops, slips), and Oregon kept their feet on the turf, and on the gas. Bottom line, Oregon’s speed kills. With 3 stud RB’s and a dual threat at QB, the offense deserves a shot at the national title.

Stanford and Boise State fall, shakes up the BCS nicely. Personally, I can’t stand Noisy State so I am glad they got served up.

Luck’s draft position won’t change, he is still the highest rated QB although I would argue Barkley is better. I think he handles pressure better.

My Trojans handled the Huskies, next week we are at Oregon.

ESPN GameDay at the Stanford oval was a success! I was able to get into the VIP section right next to the stage, which had great food, flat screens to watch the live telecast, and a perfect view of the stage.

Seeing the gang in person is definitely a trip, and something that I’m glad I got to do. The best part of the whole thing is that everyone is simply super happy to be there, and no matter if it was a Oregon fan, a Stanford fan, or a fan from some random school (which there definitely were a lot of) everyone got along great and just added to the energy.
Just wanted to make sure everyone saw that I actually sacked up and represented T-Nation at ESPN GameDay.

Pics on page 10.

Real fun.

I expected to see you in a T-Nation T-shirt posing with someone of importance.

Maybe but their defense doesn’t. Take out the emotion and theres no way you can logically say Oregon deserves a shot over several of the other one loss teams.

The truth is Oregons speed always looks unbeatable until you take them out of the PAC-10.

5 pts. huh.

So if A&M lost to Mizz in OT,

tu barely showed up.

Any predictions for the thanksgiving game?
You know as well as I do that game is always a toss up. Ash showed he is still a freshman for sure.

So it comes down to Ok. State at OU. If Ok. St. wins then its all set. If OU wins then its goat fucked.

If OU does win who the hell gets the number 2 ranking, OU?

Can’t logically say that Oregon should get a rematch but Bama shouldn’t. Bama was way more competitive with LSU but honestly I’m not sure anyone should ever get a rematch. Arkansas will be out if LSU wins out. Clemson could win out but god that would make for one lopsided NC game.

I bet the BCS guys will be praying for a Ok. St. win in the bedlam game.

I know there may be even more pressure on A&M. Assuming they beat Kansas they have to beat tu to even have a better then .500 season. Given their offense that is really sad. Then there is the whole “last game ever” hype and especially at home. It is going to be crazy on campus.

I would not be surprised if the beginning of the game is pretty explosive.
Could be explosive good or explosive bad, and both teams are capable of either.

We plan to test that next week.
