Now, if there is going to be something ‘bigger’, I have got to be in on that business.
By the way, I wanted to update you guys on the implementation of EDT. . . . Last year, T-mag had a contest for Hot-Rox, where you had to use their then new product, and the people who transformed the most radically won a jacket and $1000. ARound that time, Charles Staley came out with an article called ‘Cheater’s Diet / EDT’. CD/EDT was posted in the forums, and I havent been able to pull it out, although you can find it at John Berardi’s site. Virtually everyone who tried that diet / workout regimen saw insane results. Not a couple pounds here and there, but losing a ton of fat and saving or putting on muscle. It works better than a John Basedow video.
I went on it for the prescribed 17 days, used max dose of Hot-Rox and single dosed with Mag-10. I was entirely strict with the diet, and the HIIT and moderate cardio and used the prescribed EDT. It kicked my asshole. In 17 days, I went from around 18% BF to 14 % BF. I lost 1 lb. That translasted into like 11 lbs of muscle gain, and 12 lbs of fat lost, in 17 days. . . . .
I didnt know what affected what, with 5 variables introduced. I jumped into a whole new routine, and was absolutely strict with training, was absolutely strict with diet, was using an andro, and this new supp Hot-Rox.
Life got in the way over the past year, and I put on the winter layer. I started the CD/EDT about three weeks ago. This time I used no andro and I switched the EDT program from the one prescribed in Joel’s article to a hybrid of the EDT lifts from the videos and EDT Secrets articles.
I started the Tuesday after Memorial Day (June 01) at 237 lbs 16.3% BF. I measured myself this morning, the day after getting back from a 3 day Bahaman cruise, where the liqour flowed free, exercise was held to walking up and down the stairs from the casino to the ATM, and nary a quality protein was to be found onboard. I am 235 lbs and 13.5% BF. I havent yet run the numbers but the results are insane. Oh, and I incorperated a strength lift in the beginning of my EDT, and have set PRs with my bench two weeks in a row.
That’s just my $.02, but this EDT thing is worth checking out.
